There is exciting news for Gull Lake! A new project led by the Gull Lake Property Development Coop is set to transform the downtown area. This initiative will promote economic development and community pride by restoring the historic old pharmacy building and establishing retail and professional rental spaces.
Key project highlights:
Preservation and Progress: Reviving an important downtown landmark while supporting local businesses.
Smart Investment: Investors are poised to capitalize on this opportunity with an anticipated return on investment (ROI) of 1%-4% upon project completion.
Current Progress: The fundraising thermometer now displays $25,000 raised towards the $400,000 target. It's a promising start, but there's more work to be done.
Each share costs $1,000, and there is no limit to how many shares a person can buy. To bring this goal to realization, the Coop intends to raise 400 shares while providing contributors with flexible payment choices.
