During the colder months, those looking to stay active can attend Betty Klassen's boot camp at the Rec Complex (a small hall). At 10 a.m. on Mondays and Thursdays, the boot camp is held. Each day costs $5.
During this time, you can also go hall walking, which is a fantastic way to be active indoors when it's freezing outside.
