We are officially open for appointments after this Opening Day! 10-5pm we will be doing half hour 40$ and hour $75 long appointments. We will have our two newest additions to the Barn. 2 girl alpaccas just weaned off mom and 1 dexter heifer calf born June 2020. Groups of 5 max, covid questionnaire to fill out upon arrival and hand sanitize and mask up at the door. We ask you come 10 minutes early to do so. We also sanitize railings between appointments.
The big pen in back of barn with Fainting goat nannies, kids can run around with the goats, swing to use and 2 alpaccas sticking their necks over for pets from the pen beside. You can go in clean and sanitized pens with all animals except our 500lb pigs and 300lb mini donkeys who can be pet and fed from the hallway. Lots of young critters as well as many moms are pregnant and due in the next few months. We supply the animal treats.
We are also excited to announce we are now wheelchair friendly! The rabbit pen 3/4 way down the barn hallway has enough room for 2 wheelchairs at once and we can bring any small animal into this pen for a more personal experience such as: kune kune pig, pygmy goats, chickens or chicks, and any of our 5 kinds of rabbits. (baby goats once they are born by end of January)😊 lots of fun to be had by all. We also have 2 free half hour appts to give away donated by Southwest Terminal Gull Lake. We will be open by appointment only unless advertised for full day events. Contact for details and to book appointments. We can accommodate many different types of events such as birthday parties, personal tours or rent for the day for your company to share the Joy! The first 20 kids through can pick a beanie stuffed toy to take home when their tour is complete.
