Bernard Kirwan, a lifelong local resident, former Reeve of the Rural Municipality of Gull Lake, and former President of Sarm, has been awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal.
This honour is well-deserved by Mr. Kirwan for his many years of dedication to his community and province. Congratulations Bernard!
