Recognizing Community Service: John Slabik Honored at Rural Municipality of Gull Lake Council Meeting

On February 12, 2025, the Rural Municipality of Gull Lake No. 139 Regular Council Meeting honored John Slabik with a service award in recognition of his years of service.

John actively served his community as a Councillor for the RM of Gull Lake from 2010 to 2024, making significant contributions through his participation on various committees. Among these, the South West Transportation Planning Committee held a special place in his heart, and he embraced his work there with great enthusiasm and dedication.

Reeve Kramer, along with council members and staff, sincerely thanked John for his invaluable contributions to the R.M. of Gull Lake No. 139. His efforts have left a lasting impact on the community, and they wished him all the best in his future endeavors.
