Residents of Saskatchewan can Access COVID Vaccination Record With a QR Code

A QR (Quick Response) code is now available to Saskatchewan residents who have a MySaskHealthRecord account, allowing them to view their COVID-19 vaccination record in a new format that includes the code. Businesses and organizations that require proof of vaccination will be able to use a free QR code verifier app that can be downloaded and used on their smartphones.


To make it easier for residents to access their COVID-19 vaccine information through MySaskHealthRecord, an interim registration process is being implemented. Residents will be able to download the Saskatchewan Vaccine Wallet app for free by the end of September if they so desire (SK Vax Wallet)
