Restoring 2461 Proton Ave., the former "Gull Lake Pharmacy" building, will be the first project of Gull Lake Property Development.
The Town of Gull Lake currently owns this historic structure, which has enormous potential to offer more retail or short-term rental space in Gull Lake. Restoration of main level utilities, doors, windows, and fixtures is part of Phase 1, which aims to create a space that is ready for businesses to set up shop.
