Gull Lake Museum/Visitor Centre 2023 Highlights

"A view of the Gull Lake Museum taken from the corner of Rutland Avenue and 6th Street, with the museum sign prominently displayed in front of the building."

The Museum Visitor Centre began the year with a well-attended Canada Day Celebration BBQ. The Monday Ladies Teas, which are always popular, were well attended. The Gull Lake Tourism Committee expanded the Museum this year by adding a Visitor Centre and the Prairie Handmade Gift Shop. With the additions and being open seven days a week in July and August, we closed the year with over 200 visitors!

We'd like to thank our Tourism Ambassadors Alexa Atem and Kaydence Haithwaite for assisting us with the Museum/Visitor Centre's operations. We'd also want to thank our vendors (Alma Slywka, Janet Vaughan, and Living Sky Freeze Dried) for purchasing shelf space in the Prairie Handmade Gift Shop.

With the summer season ended The Committee will work on planning for next year's season.
