As the seasons change and winter approaches, indoor walking at the rink will begin on November 1. During the chilly winter months, walking indoors at the rink is a fantastic way to stay warm and active.
You can join Kathy Keller at the Elks hall for yoga-based stretching, which is another great indoor activity!
Every Monday in November, stop by the Elks Hall for a game of cards and a cup of coffee or tea.
